Interviews after interviews resulted with rejections after rejections. I'm getting kind of tired of going through the same thing. I thought school was tough, but interviews are even tougher. I should just give up finding a "real job internship." I have to go through the same thing the same time next year. Oh great joy.... I think I should just work many part-time jobs for one whole year, do some hardcore saving and move to a developing country where I can make my money last for a really long time. Sounds like a plan. Anyways, duh duh duhhhhh my birthday is coming up. I'm turning *ahem* 22. I feel old out in CS since the younger generation is taking over and the older are graduating. Well birthday means going out. My Agenda... Thursday Night -- College Station Northgate (yes..yes.. I'm actually going out) Saturday Night -- Houston Somewhere.. (I'm out of the mix, I don't know "the place" anymore, so if you know inform me) My Spring Break recap. I went to Goodphil Opening Ceremony. Since there are always complains about every goodphil, I'm going to make one for this year. No exceptions, but it will be short since I didn't really participated this year. All I have to say is, the facility could of been better. Partically all the seats were crap, you can't see much at all. If you didn't sit in the middle sections, you had crappy seats. It was hard to pay attention throughout the whole show because of the distractions of people walking around and the horrible horrible seats with heads blocking everywhere and the lighting poles. UH should of used their fund for a better facility rather than "professional judges." c'mon who cares who are the judges, UH always rules when it comes to modern dances. All I have to say is they didn't live up to their word after complaining about UT's goodphil. Well the reason I didn't participate in Goodphil was because I took an actually trip during Goodphil. I went to New York City, first time on the Northeast coast. NYC is a good place to visit, but I don't know about living there. Two days after I got back, I got sick. Then I worked a double on Saturday and got even more sick. so fun stuff huh? My favorite picture taken in NYC...
This picture cracks me up because we try to take a group picture ourselves 3 times and Brian's big head was in all of the shots in full.
At the best museum ever...The Met. I didn't bring a camera with me, so I'm stealing pictures off Facebook. Yes this is an actually blog entry, like anyone really does that anymore. Planning on going to Florida in May, anyone game for that? -Christi |
