Interviews after interviews resulted with rejections after rejections.

I'm getting kind of tired of going through the same thing.  I thought school was tough, but interviews are even tougher.  I should just give up finding a "real job internship."  I have to go through the same thing the same time next year.  Oh great joy.... I think I should just work many part-time jobs for one whole year, do some hardcore saving and move to a developing country where I can make my money last for a really long time.  Sounds like a plan.

Anyways, duh duh duhhhhh my birthday is coming up.  I'm turning *ahem* 22.  I feel old out in CS since the younger generation is taking over and the older are graduating.  Well birthday means going out.

My Agenda...

Thursday Night -- College Station Northgate (yes..yes.. I'm actually going out)

Saturday Night -- Houston Somewhere..  (I'm out of the mix, I don't know "the place" anymore, so if you know inform me)

My Spring Break recap.  I went to Goodphil Opening Ceremony.  Since there are always complains about every goodphil, I'm going to make one for this year.  No exceptions, but it will be short since I didn't really participated this year.  All I have to say is, the facility could of been better.  Partically all the seats were crap, you can't see much at all.  If you didn't sit in the middle sections, you had crappy seats.  It was hard to pay attention throughout the whole show because of the distractions of people walking around and the horrible horrible seats with heads blocking everywhere and the lighting poles.  UH should of used their fund for a better facility rather than "professional judges."  c'mon who cares who are the judges, UH always rules when it comes to modern dances.  All I have to say is they didn't live up to their word after complaining about UT's goodphil.

Well the reason I didn't participate in Goodphil was because I took an actually trip during Goodphil.  I went to New York City, first time on the Northeast coast.  NYC is a good place to visit, but I don't know about living there.  Two days after I got back, I got sick.  Then I worked a double on Saturday and got even more sick.  so fun stuff huh?

My favorite picture taken in NYC...

This picture cracks me up because we try to take a group picture ourselves 3 times and Brian's big head was in all of the shots in full.

At the best museum ever...The Met.

I didn't bring a camera with me, so I'm stealing pictures off Facebook.

Yes this is an actually blog entry, like anyone really does that anymore.

Planning on going to Florida in May, anyone game for that?

The Last of It...

So this past weekend I went to my last and final OCA Leadership Conference.  After four years of it, it's time to say goodbye to it.  Yeah I went to the last 4 OCA conferences and they are all pretty much the same.  The best would still have to be my first one because I came in not knowing what to expect.  Also it was a small group and we all got to know each other pretty well.  Well here's my timeline of OCA Conferences.

Waiting..... Waiting......

So my favorite person got eliminated tonight.  Yes...yes... Niels.  Next week is going to be interesting because it's the final.

Anyways, with Career Fair over and my college career going like a ticking time bomb I am freaking out!  I talked to some recruiters during one Career Fair and handed out my resumes.  Had an interview with Belk Dept Store, not sure if it went totally well.  Also I signed up to be preselected for interviews and dropped resumes through the career center's website.  All I am wanting is an internship in retailing to get my certificate, the last puzzle.

Another want on my list is an acceptance letter to the Fall Semester at Sea program.  Finished all the application papers last Friday, so all I am doing is waiting.

Waiting is the keyword for now, and I don't like it.  Waiting makes me freak out!

I want to do everything on my must do before College ends and then off to the Real World.

Oh yeah, I ordered my Aggie Ring!  I will be getting it April 13 and I will be dunking it in beer.  Gotta follow tradition.

Have a wonderful day, and hope ya'll aren't waiting as much as me!

Beauty and the Geek is back!

I think one of them is cute.

NIELS!

With his makeover..

Not bad not bad at all.  He wasn't bad looking geeky looking to begin with.  The Star War Band Member turned out totally different.

Anyways, here come another crappy semester for me.  I am having a little anxiety attack because of my books coming in on time or not.  Things you do to save money.

I need to get back on a regular sleeping schedule.
